Entire areas covering 60-80% of the view-able space the camera filmed were completely imperceptible because the camera only showed this bright purple color, kind of like if you took a marker and painted over the image,completely purple out. Have had the device for less than 2 years andstarting at about 6 months or so all the camera's started showing purple blotches. I literally spend my entire evenings coming home from work to sit in front of a phone and monitor waiting for someone to answer, and when they do, they can't even help me or give me the solution!!!!!!!
